1. Q: What are the merits of the cooling pad in the cooling system? |
A: When the cooling pad and exhaust fan is used together, the cooling system will be able to deliver these merits. less Investment, high efficiency ,high energy level; low power supply consumption; large air flow volume; Good cooling effect; smooth air circulation, dust proof, bad smell eliminated, create cool feeling; Increase oxygen content in the air, improve working efficiency and it can adjust humidity, easy maintenance. |

2. Q: How much temperature can the cooling pad system reduce? |
A: Usually, the temperature and humidity level which suits all living organism is 26-32°C and 70-80% humidity. However, during summer, the heat conduction and radiation causes indoor temperature increase by 5-10°C. After several years of practical practice, it is proof that good cooling pad and cooling fan system design and installation can maintain room temperature between 26 – 32°C in a stable level. |

3. Q: When using, I found that the volume of water diversion is huge. How to manage? |
A: By adjusting the water supply valve, you will be able to control the water volume. Alternatively, you can also change your water pump to a low water power pump to solve this problem. |

4. Q: Do I need to clean the Cooling Pad? How do I do it? |
A: Absolutely! After using for a period of time, the water quality deteriorates and causes boiler scale and algae appearing on the water surface. Before drying the cooling pad thoroughly, brush it lightly with a soft brush but make sure that it is not brushed horizontally. (Try on partial parts to examine the cooling pad resistance.) Start using the water supply system to flush off the boiler scale and algae on the surface. (Avoid washing cooling pad with steam or high wind speed.) |

5. Q: After installing the cooling system for quite some time, it started to leak. How to manage it? |
A: Firstly, examine the diversion volume, to ensure if it is too large, after that, examine the cooling pad and the edge of the cooling pad to ensure if it is broken or damaged. If water overflow, examine the diversion volume and the discharge pipe ensuring their function, Check if the system is installed in correct order. If the connecting points leak, silica gel can be used to stop the leakage after turning off the water supply. |

1. Q: Why is my air cooler not working and the buttons fail to respond? |
A: The possibilities are the power might be cut or the power connection is installed incorrectly, circuit breaker tripped or fuse blown, loosing connection between the control box and the machine located out of the building or defective controller. Out of all these possibilities, we suggest measuring the end voltage and connect the power supply correctly, reset the circuit breaker or replace it, check the connections or replace the control panel. |

2. Q: There is no airflow, what causes it? |
A: It will be automatically recovered after 20 minutes if it is overheated this is a protection system to protect the motor. Check all electrical connections make sure they are connected properly. Replace the thermal breaker its contacts if it is damaged. If you find that the controller or engine is faulty, please replace or check whether the pre-cooling function is turned on. |

3. Q: Pump is working but insufficient cooling. |
A: If maintenance service is irregular, after some time of operation, the cooling pad might experience blockage, clean the cooling pad will solve the problem. |

4. Q: Pump fails to work under refrigeration. |
A: Firstly, check whether the pump or controller is damage or malfunctioning. Tighten the connection if power supply connection is loosened. Check water inlet valve and water supply pipe, because the water volume might be too low; lastly, check if the water level sensor is defective. |

5. Q: Pump is working well, however water circulation is not working or insufficient water in cooling pads. |
A: Clean the cooling pad, pipe or water distributors if there are blockages. |

6. Q: Self-cleaning too often or water overflow continuously. |
A: Check if the self-cleaning function parameter is turn on. Check if the water inlet valve and water level probe is defective. If there is water leakage check or replace the drain valve. |

7. Q: What causes water leakage from the machine into the room? |
A: It might be due to the imbalance of water distributors or replace the cooling pad if it is badly blocked. |

8. Q: Unpleasant smell overflow. |
A: Clean the whole cooler if it is located near the unpleasant smell source. |
|
9. Q: White deposit found on cabinet and cooling pad. |
A: If salt content is high in water supply, drain the water more frequently to solve this problem. |
